OVERVIEW
Lindenwood basketball opened up the 2017-18 season with an exhibition at Saint Louis University. The Lions fell to the Billikens 77-56. Kallie Bildner led all Lions with 17 points in the contest.

NOTABLE
- The Lions came out of the gates strong and held a 13-12 lead over SLU at the end of the first quarter.
- The Lindenwood defense forced Saint Louis into 16 turnovers, resulting in 16 points for the Lions.
- Lindenwood corralled 13 offensive rebounds while holding the Billikens to 10.
- Kallie Bildner scored 17 points on 5-13 shooting with eight rebounds against the NCAA Division I opponent.
- Gabby Walker and Lexie Moe scored eight points each.
- Moe had a good night shooting, going 3-for-5 from the field and 2-for-2 from three. She also gathered five rebounds.

The Lions travel to Springfield, Mo. to take on the Missouri State Lady Bears. Tip off is set for 2 p.m. on Sunday.
