In a hard-fought contest with a 21-19 fifth set, Lindenwood men's volleyball fell to nationally-ranked Ball State in five sets. It was the sixth five-set match of the season for the Lions, and their third in as many matches. The defeat drops Lindenwood to 8-13 overall and 2-9 in MIVA matches. <br />

<strong>NOTABLE</strong><br />

Sam Schindler led the Lions with 13 kills. He did not record an error on 20 attempts for a .650 attack percentage. <br />
- Schindler also recorded 10 blocks for his first double-double of the season.<br />

Nick Stevenson also recorded double-digit kills with 10.<br />
- Nate Van Dellen had seven kills, but added a match-high four aces. <br />

Adam Brewster displayed his versatility with 40 assists and 19 digs, both team highs for Lindenwood. He also had five blocks.<br />

Ryan Vorderer posted 18 digs. <br />
