The No. 10 Lindenwood baseball team (25-7, 21-7 GLVC) lost the final game of the series with Maryville (15-21, 13-15 GLVC) on Sunday in St. Louis, Mo.

GAME OVERVIEW
The Saints jumped on the board with four runs in the first inning.Â
Alex Canty got one run back in the top of the second with an RBI single to centerfield. Lindenwood was able to get a run across the plate on a bases-loaded walk in the top of the third, but Maryville added a pair of runs in the bottom of the fourth.Â
Jayce Maag registered an RBI in the top of the sixth to make it 7-3, before the Saints scored three more runs in the game to split the series with the Lions.
