On Friday, the Lindenwood men's tennis team fell to SLU 6-1 at a dual match in St. Louis.
The lone Lindenwood victory came from the doubles pairing of
Juan Pablo Herrera and
Francisco Diaz, who beat their Biliken opponents 6-2.
Two singles matches ended up with no result after two sets, with Herrera and
Juan Balbin each splitting their sets 1-1 with SLU.
Anton de la Puente played two tough sets against SLU's Adam Behun, falling 3-6 in the first, then unfortunately not being able out on top in his second, which ended up in a 4-4 draw.
Up next, the Lions are set to play Bethel on Sunday, March 13 at 11:00am at home on the Lindenwood tennis courts.
