2017 Track and Field- Did not see action during the indoor season ... in the outdoor season, his top finish was fifth in the 1,500m at the Wash U. Mini Meet ... finished 10th in the MIAA Championships in the 1,500m ... saw action at both the Kansas Relays and Drake Relays ... had a top time of 1:58.07 in the 800m and 3:58.03 in the 1,500m ... named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

2016 Cross Country- Competed in all six races, and had three top-10 finishes … came in third at the Forest Park Cross Country Festival … in the postseason, finished 26th at the MIAA Championships and 46th at the NCAA Central Regionals … top times were 25:53 in the 8,000m and 32:40 in the 10,000m.
 
2016 Track and Field- Won the mile and distance medley relay at the Principia Relays … at the MIAA Indoor Championships, finished seventh in the distance medley relay and 17th in the mile … had a season-best time of 4:31.38 in the mile and 2:07.54 in the 800m … had his best outdoor finish of second in the 1500m at the Truman State Quad meet … at the MIAA Outdoor Championships, finished 15th in the 1500m … had season-best outdoor times of 2:01.91 in the 800m, 4:05.87 in the 1500m, and 16:09.34 in the 5000m ... named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.
 
2015 Cross Country- Competed in four meets … finished fourth overall at the Truman State Dual meet … came in 67th at the MIAA Championships and 118th at the NCAA Central Regionals … had season-best times of 27:10 in the 8,000m and 33:40 in the 10,000m.
 
High School:
All-conference his junior and senior years in cross country … in track, was part of 800m relay team that was named All-State after finishing fifth in state in 2014 … made it under 2 minutes in his 800-meter, with a time of 1:59.1 … ran a 1600m with a time of 4:33.
