2017 Cross Country- Ran in all six races ... finished among the top-five on the team in five competitions ... came in 22nd at the MIAA Championships, helping the team win the conference title, and as 78th at the NCAA Regionals ... had a season-best time of 26:33 in an 8,000m race.

2017 Track and Field- Won the indoor 5,000m race at the Missouri Collegiate Championships ... finished 12th in that event at the MIAA Indoor Championships ... had top indoor times of 9:05.87 in the 3,000m and 15:21.02 in the 5,000m ... during the outdoor season, finished 16th at the MIAA Championships in the 10,000m ... had his top overall finish of second as a member of the 4x400 relay team at the Gateway Classic, and also finished fifth at that event in the 3,000m ... had top outdoor times of 4:06.95 in the 1,500m, 9:03.25 in the 3,000m, 15:05.05 in the 5,000m, and 32:21.14 in the 10,000m.

2016 Cross Country- Competed in one meet, finishing 29th at the Cowbell Classic.
 
2016 Track and Field- During the indoor season, competed in four meets … highest finish was seventh in the mile at the Missouri Collegiate Championships … at the MIAA Indoor Championships, finished 23rd in the 5000m and 26th in the 3000m … had season-best times of 4:35.88 in the mile, 9:11.75 in the 3000m, and 16:25.59 in the 5000m … ran in two meets during the outdoor season … at the MIAA Outdoor Championships, finished 16th in the 10,000m and 24th in the 5,000m … had season-best times of 16:20.02 in the 5,000m and 34:07.32 in the 10,000m.
 
2015 Cross Country- Ran in five meets … his best overall finish was 12th at the Cowbell Invitational … came in 64th at the MIAA Championships and 104th at the NCAA Central Regional … had season-best times of 26:48 in the 8,000m and 33:19.3 in the 10,000m.
 
2014 Cross Country- Competed in six meets … his top overall finish was 19th at the Truman State Tri-Meet … came in 64th at the MIAA Championships and 121st at the NCAA Central Regional … had season-best times of 27:42 in the 8,000m and 35:37 in the 10,000m.

Four-time all-conference cross country runner … three-time all-district in cross country … four-year varsity track runner … chosen to the all-conference team in the 1600m and the 800m relay.
