Lindenwood:
2017 Cross Country- Ran in five races ... finished 94th at the MIAA Championships and 180th at the NCAA Regionals ... had a season-best mark of 35:00 in an 8,000m race.

2017 Track and Field- Competed in three indoor meets ... his top finish was eighth as a member of the 4x400 relay team at the Principia Relays ... had top indoor times of 5:37.65 in the mile and 11:31.61 in the 3,000m ... also competed in three outdoor events ... his top finish was as a member of the 4x400 relay team which finished second at the Gateway Classic ... his top outdoor times were 2:23.24 in the 800m and 5:13.10 in the 1,500m ... named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

2016 Cross Country- Competed in four meets … highest finish was 21st at the Truman State Dual Meet … had a season-best time of 34:28 in the 8,000m.

Had career-best times of 20:35 in the 5,000m, and 18:45 in the three-mile.
