Lindenwood:
2016 Cross Country- Competed in six races … had three top-10 finishes … came in 51st at the MIAA Championships, and 125th at the NCAA Central Regional race … had season-best times of 23:45 in the 6,000m.
 
2016 Track and Field- Ran in two events during the indoor season … had season-best marks indoors with a 3:02.18 in the 800m and a 6:21.51 in the mile … in the outdoor season, her best finish was fourth at the Truman State Quad meet in the 3,000m … had season-best marks of 12:25.36 in the 3,000m and 20:33.75 in the 5,000m ... named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.
 
2015 Cross Country- Competed in one race, finishing 16th in the Truman State dual with a 4,000m time of 17:55.77.
 
2015 Track and Field- Ran in one outdoor meet, finishing seven in the 5,000m at the True Blue Open with a time of 21:33.10 ... named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.
 
2014 Cross Country- Competed in all seven races … led the team at the Southern Stampede… finished 88th at the MIAA Championships, and 183rd at the NCAA Regionals … had season-best times of 20:21 in the 5,000m, and 27:27 in the 6,000m.
 
2014 Track and Field- Ran in three indoor races … was runner-up as a member of the distance medley relay team at the Principia Relays … had a season-best time of 5:50.91 in the mile and 11:34.59 in the 3,000m … in the outdoor season, had three individual top-10 finishes, including second in the Greenville Select 3,000m steeplechase … finished 10th at the MIAA Championships in the steeplechase … had season-best times of 11:33.27 in the 3,000m, 19:18.66 in the 5000m, and 12:21.72 in the 3,000m steeplechase ... named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.
 
2013 Cross Country- Ran in all six races … had a top-10 finish in the Truman State dual … finished 84th at the MIAA Championships, and 145 at the NCAA Regional race … had season-best times of 20:16 in the 5,000m, and 24:36 in the 6,000m.

Cross country co-captain her junior & senior years … cross country varsity letter winner senior year … track and field varsity letter winner junior and senior year … holds the school record in the 2,000m steeplechase … an Army scholar athlete in 2013.
