2016 Track and Field- Competed in two indoor events … had season-best times of 2:43.46 in the 800m and 6:06.10 in the mile … ran in four outdoor events … came in third at the Truman State Quad in the 1,500m … had season-best mark of 5:30.65 in the 1,500m ... named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

2015 Track and Field- Competed during the outdoor portion of the schedule … finished 18th at the MIAA Championships in the 1,500m … had season-best times of 2:37.17 in the 800m and 5:07.44 in the 1,500m ... named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll and received the MIAA Academic Excellence Award.

2014 Cross Country- Competed in six races ... finished third on the team in the final three races of the season ... finished 75th overall at the MIAA Championships and 145th at the NCAA Regionals ... had season-best marks of 20:41 in the 5,000m and 25:28 in the 6,000m.

High School:
A cross country state qualifier in 2012 and 2013 … qualified for the state track meet in 2013.
