Lindenwood:
2017 Cross Country- Ran in all six races ... finished second or third on the team in every race ... finished 83rd at the MIAA Championships and 152nd at the NCAA Regionals ... had a season-best 6,000m time of 24:56.

2017 Track and Field- Ran in three indoor competitions ... had three individual top-10 finishes ... at the MIAA Indoor meet, came in 21st in the mile run, and was a member of the seventh-place distance medley relay team ... had top indoor times of 2:35.91 in the 800m and 5:48.83 in the mile ... competed in five outdoor events ... was fourth at the Gateway Classic in the 800m ... at the MIAA Outdoor meet, was 18th in the 1,500m and 23rd in the 800m ... had top outdoor times of 2:34.06 in the 800m and 5:20.88 in the 1,500m.

2016 Cross Country- Finished 64th at the MIAA Championships, and 134th at the NCAA Regionals ... had season-best mark of 24:06 in the 6,000m.

2015-16- Did not compete in any cross country and track and field events.

2015 Track and Field- In the indoor season, had season-best mark of 5:41.25 in the mile ... during the outdoor campaign, finished 17th at the MIAA Championships in the 1,500m ... had season-best times of 5:14.83 in the 1,500m and 5:34.92 in the mile ... named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

2014 Cross Country- Ran in all seven meets ... led the team at the Southern Stampede ... finished 65th at the MIAA Championships, and 130th at the NCAA Regional Championships ... had season-best marks of 19:56 in the 5,000m and 25:09 in the 6,000m.

Attended Antioch High School in Antioch, Ill. … was chosen as the Antioch High School cross country MVP … was selected to the all-conference team … won the conference sportsmanship award for the conference … cross country team captain.
