2019 – Competed in all six meets … selected to the All-GLVC team … GLVC Runner of the Week (twice) … 2019-20 GEICO Academic All-GLVC … GLVC James R. Spalding Sportsmanship Award honoree … finished a race in the top-five in three meets … placed fourth overall at the GLVC Cross Country Championship with a time of 25:27 in the 8,000m race … finished 30th at the NCAA Midwest Regionals with a time of 32:12 in the 10,000m event … season-best time of 24:33 at the Greater Louisville Classic on Oct. 5 in the 8,000m race.

2017 – Honorable mention all-MIAA and helped the Lions win a MIAA Championship ... competed in all six meets ... finished in the top half of the team in three races ... finished 11th overall at the MIAA Championships, and 45th at the NCAA Regionals ... had a season-best time of 25:26 in an 8,000m race.

2016 – Competed in all six races … had two top-five finishes, including second at the Forest Park Cross Country Festival … in the postseason, finished 27th at the MIAA Championships and 50th at the NCAA Central Regional … had season-best times of 25:54 in the 8,000m and 32:42.5 in the 10,000m.

All-State runner in the 3,200m … state qualifier in the 1,600m and 4x800 relay … set the school record in the 3,200m and 5,000m … earned the Leader of the Pack Award … had best times of 4:30.36 in the 1,600m, 9:41.98 in the 3,200m, and a 2:01.23 800m time during a relay run.
