Wayden Mosinkie joined the men's rugby staff as assistant coach in August of 2024. Hailing from Cape Town, South Africa, Mosinkie brings a wealth of rugby experience from his time with False Bay Rugby Club, University of Cape Town, and Griffons Rugby. His extensive knowledge across various backline positions will be invaluable as he mentors the Lions dynamic and promising young backline.
 
In addition to his rugby experience, he also has a strong background in sales and fitness and is pursuing a degree in management. He began his coaching career with Fish Hoek Primary School, transitioning to coaching while concluding his playing days.
 
More recently in the United States, Mosinkie has contributed significantly to the Kansas City Blues, long-time supporters of Lindenwood Rugby, by coaching their Men’s D1, U19, and Sevens teams.
