Hannah Morris

Formerly the volunteer coach of the Lindenwood synchronized swimming program, Hannah (Shively) Morris is in her first season as assistant coach.

Morris had an impressive competitive career as a member of the U.S. National Team and the Ohio State University squad.  She was part of two national championship teams while at OSU and helped lead the Buckeye “Scarlet” team to an undefeated collegiate season in 2010.  Morris departed Ohio State as a four-year letter winner, four-time Academic All Big-10, and Dean’s List honoree.

Morris also competed for the U.S. National Team II, which finished second at the Swiss Open in 2008 and she swam on the U.S. team that competed in the 2009 World Championships in Rome.

Morris spent three years with the Riverside Aquettes as a junior athlete, finishing fourth in team at both the U.S. Junior and U.S. Senior Nationals in 2005.  She finished second in team at Junior Nationals in 2004 while also coaching Riverside’s B squad to a fourth place finish.

From 1996-2003, Morris competed for the Columbus Coralina Club.  She was coached there by current Lindenwood head coach Lori Eaton from 1997-2001.

Morris graduated from Ohio State in 2010 with a degree in fashion and retail studies.  She worked for West Bank Clothing and Nordstrom in Los Angeles before joining her husband in a family-owned business.
