Meet Results and Career Highs on TFRRS

2024 (Outdoor) – Competed in six meets... Best finish came at SIU Bill Cornell Invite (4/5 & 4/6) placing seventh in the 800 meters, running a 2:30.70 time. Recorded new personal bests in the 800 meter and 1500 meter at the SIU Bill Cornell Invite, running a time of 2:30.70 in the 800 meter and 5:01.58 in the 1500 meter. Also ran a personal best in the 10,000 meter at the OVC Outdoor Championship (5/9-5/11), running a time of 41:25.17.

2023-2024 (Indoor) –  Competed in six meets... Best finish came at the Edmunds-Wilt Invite (12/9) placing fifth in 3000 meter, running a 11:43.96 time. Also placed fifth in the mile run at the Edmunds-Wilt Invitational. Set new personal bests in the mile run and 5000 meter at the Ichabod Invitational (2/9 & 2/10), running a 5:28.16 in the mile and 18:56.84 in the 5000 meter. Also broke personal best in the 3000 meter at the OVC Indoor Championships (2/21-2/22), running a time of 10:52.88.
