2024 (Outdoor) – Competed in five meets… best finish was 11th in the 5000-meter run at the Margaret Simmons Invite (5/22-5/23) … set new personal best in the 10000 meter run (5/9-5/11).
2023-24 (Indoor) – Competed in five meets… best finish was eighth in the 5000-meter run at the Ichabod Invitational (2/9-2/10) … set new personal best in the mile run (5:29.45) and in the 3000-meter run (10:57.87).
2023 - Competed in nine meets...set personal record in the 800m at the Indoor Gladstein Invitational running a 2:31.17 on January 20-21, set two personal records at the Commodore Challenge, running a 3:23.80 in the 1000m and 5:46.48 in the mile... best place finish came at Blue-White Classic, placing third in the 3000m.
2022 - Competed in eight meets.
2021 - GLVC Brother James Gaffney Distinguished Scholar Award honoree … Academic All-GLVC selection … competed in seven meets for Lindenwood … set a new career-best time in the 1500 at the Miner Invitational on March 27, finishing in 5:07.48 … at the SBU Invitational on April 2, earned a new personal-record time of 11:04.51 in the 3000 … raced to a personal-best time of 18:44.39 in the 5000 at the UCM Mule Relays on April 16 … picked up a first place finish in the 3000 at the TRXC Timing Opportunity Invitational on Feb. 26.
