Mike Bolinger joined the staff of the Lindenwood shotgun sports program in the fall of 2014 as a volunteer assistant coach.  He is a National Rifle Association Level 1 Certified shotgun coach, who started shooting trap and skeet in 1980 and shot his first ATA registered shoot in 1984. 

In 1998, Bolinger was elected to the Board of Directors at St. Louis Skeet & Trap, where he renewed the trap program as Trap Chairman.

He was elected to the Missouri Trap Shooter Association as an officer and served as President in 2005.  After retiring in 2012, he started coaching nine to 18 year olds for Team Henges.

Bolinger is a native of Kansas City, Mo., and attended Missouri State University, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Marketing.
