Box Score The Lindenwood Lions basketball team beat the Central Christian Saints 93-49 on Friday night at the Hyland Arena on the first day of the second annual Texas Roadhouse Classic.
The Lions took control of the game early and never looked back. Lindenwood trailed only once in the early going, and led by as many as 48.
The Lions dominated the glass outrebounding the Saints 50-27, including a 17-4 margin on the offensive boards. Lindenwood's defense was stifling all night, forcing 20 Central Christian turnovers. For the game, the Lions shot 44 percent from the field, 32 percent from behind the arc, and 91 percent from the charity stripe.
Tyler Ressel led the way for Lindenwood scoring 19 points.

Efkan Eren all scored 13 points.
The win was the Lions 13
th in a row and improves their record to 16-1. The team will be back in action tomorrow afternoon when it takes on Central State.
