• Lindenwood is coming off a 69-58 win over the Fort Hays State Tigers and have won three games in a row.
• Washburn is playing the third game of three straight road contests. The Ichabods are coming off a 76-53 win over Lincoln.
• This will be the first meeting between Washburn and Lindenwood.

• The Lions are leading the MIAA in field goal percentage with a mark of .491. There is three individuals in the top 10.
Brett Thompson is first at 65 percent,
Richie Thompson is 56 percent, and
Cody Sorenson is 8th at 53 percent.
• Not only are the Lions leading the conference in field goal percentage they are tops in four other categories. The team is first in scoring (79.8), scoring margin (+13.5), rebounding margin (+9.6), and defensive rebounds a game (28.9).
• This season's roster consists of five seniors and those seniors are leading the way. The group is scoring 68 percent of the team's average points per game.

Richie Thompson has led the team in rebounding 10 times. He has also led the team in blocks eight times.
• The Lions have made at least five threes in every game but once this season. The season high in made threes was 12 against William Woods. The last two games the team has made 15 threes.
• When the Lions score at least 80 points the team is 6-0 and when the team scores over 70 the team is 8-3.

Alex Bazzell has been the Lions go to scorer so far this season. He has led the team in scoring in 10-of-15 games.
• Earlier this season, Bazzell scored his 1,000 career point as a Lindenwood Lion. He becomes the ninth Lion in program history to reach the milestone.

Alex Bazzell has been a frequent visitor to the free-throw line. He has 156 attempts and has made 133. The next closest on his team in attempts is
Richie Thompson who has 56 attempts. The senior has had eight games where he has at least 10 attempts.
• Over the past two seasons, the Lions have seen overtime numerous times. In 2011-12, the team played three overtime games. The team has already played in three over time games. The Lions have a 2-4 record in overtime since last season.
• Lindenwood has outscored its opponents in the second half in all but four games.

• The Washburn Ichabods enter the contest against the Lions with a record of 11-4 overall and 4-3 in conference play. The Ichabods enter the game ranked No. 24 in the country. Washburn is coming off a 76-53 win over the Lincoln Blue Tigers. Washburn is 4-3 away from Topeka, Kan.
• As a team Washburn is averaging 75.4 points a game on offense and is surrendering 63.1 points on the defensive side of the floor. The Ichabods are shooting 45 percent from the field and 30 percent from behind the three-point line.
• Washburn is led by Will McNeill who is averaging 19.3 points a game, which leads the conference. Martin Mitchell is second on the team in scoring with 15.2 and Bobby Chipman is grabbing a team-high 7.5 rebounds.
• Bob Chipman is the head coach of Washburn and is in his 33rd season at the helm.
