• The Lindenwood Lions will be back on the Hyland Arena floor when they take on the Truman Bulldogs from the MIAA. The game will be Lions third MIAA game of the season.

• The Bulldogs enter tonight's game with a record of 5-6 overall and 2-1 in MIAA play. Truman is coming off a 84-64 win over Lincoln.
• The Lions and Bulldogs have met two times and Truman leads the series 2-0. The Bulldogs won the last meeting in 1983, 96-57.
Lindenwood Notes
• In two of the three losses this season for the Lions have come in overtime.
• This season the Lions are scoring 79.4 points a game. That total ranks fourth in the MIAA.
• This season's roster consists of five seniors and those seniors are leading the way. The group is scoring 67 percent of the team's average points per game.
• Senior forward
Richie Thompson has been dominating the glass this season. His average of 7.9 is tops in the MIAA.

Brett Thompson is shooting 68 percent from the field which is the best in the MIAA.
• The Lions have made at least five threes in every game but once this season. The season high in made threes was 12 against William Woods.
• In half of the Lions games this season, the team has shot at least 30 free throws.
• When the Lions score at least 80 points the team is 4-0.

Alex Bazzell has been the Lions go to scorer so far this season. He has led the team in scoring in six-of-10 games.
• Earlier this season, Bazzell scored his 1,000 career point as a Lindenwood Lion. He becomes the ninth Lion in program history to reach the milestone.

Cody Sorenson has been coming on strong lately from behind the three-point line. In the Lions last six games he has made at least two threes in each game. There has only been one contest this season that he hasn't made at least one three.
• The Lions have outrebounded its opponents this season by a 408-324 margin. When the team grabs more rebounds it is 7-1, There has only been two games this year when the Lions have lost the rebounding battle.
• Over the past two seasons, the Lions have seen overtime numerous times. In 2011-12, the team played three overtime games. The team has already played in three over time games. The Lions have a 2-4 record in overtime since last season.
• When the Lions have outrebounded its opponents the team has won all but one game.
• Through 10 games this season, the team's opponents are shooting just 39 percent from the field and 33 percent from behind the line.
• The Lions have shot 99 more free throws than their opponents. When the team shoots more free throws than its opponents, the team is 7-1.
• Lindenwood has outscored its opponents in both the first half and the second half this season. But the second half has been the Lions best. The team has outscored its opponents 421-313 in the final 20 minutes.

• The Lions return seven of their top eight scorers from last season's squad. The only loss was
Kramer Soderberg who averaged 17.9 points.
Truman Notes
• The Truman Bulldogs come to the Hyland Arena to take on the Lions. The Bulldogs come to town with a record of 5-6 overall and are 2-0 in conference play. Truman won its last game against conference foe, Lincoln. Truman is 2-1 on the road.
• As a team Truman is averaging 72.1 points a game on offense and is surrendering just 65.1 points on the defensive side of the floor. The Bulldogs are shooting 45 percent from the field and 35 percent from behind the three-point line.
• Truman has three double digit scorers led by Mike Carlson who scores 16.3 points a game. The junior is also leading the team in rebounds with 6.5. Tom Norton is second on the team with 11.5 and Seth Jackson is chipping in with 10.3.
• Matt Woodley is the head coach of the Bulldogs and is in his 2nd season at the helm.
