Box Score It was a dominating performance by the Lindenwood Lions on Friday night in day one action at the Lindenwood Classic. The Lions swept Lees-McRae 3-0 with game scores of 28-26, 25-14, and 25-21.
Lindenwood hit .444 on the night compared to Lees-McRae who hit just .276. The Lions were led three guys who hit over .500.
Scott Siwicki led the team hitting .667, while
Zach Bequette hit .556, and
Colin Hackworth swung at a 50 percent clip. Hackworth led the team with 12 kills and tied with Bequette with three blocks.
Hackworth and
Michael Adams led the team with three digs each.
Tim Schmidt led the way 32 assists while also having three service aces.
The win improved the Lions to 4-2 on the season. Lindenwood will be right back in action Saturday morning when it takes on Pfeiffer at 9 a.m. and Coker at 2 p.m.
