Men's Volleyball Sits at No. 16 in Final AVCA Poll

The Lindenwood men's volleyball team earned the No. 16 ranking in the final AVCA Poll, garnering a total of 111 points.

Lindenwood had one of the best seasons in program history in 2024, finishing the year with 16 wins, its most in a single season since 2014. Of those 16 wins, seven came against ranked opponents, while the Lions were a tough team to play at home, registering eight wins inside Hyland Arena.

The black and gold had one of the most potent offenses this season, hitting .309 as a team. Lindenwood was led by four all-conference performers in Clay Wieter, Ian Schuller, A.J. Lewis, and Connor Sheehan. Those last three individuals were recognized as Honorable Mention All-Americans by the AVCA, marking the first time in program history a student-athlete has received this honor.

The Lions advanced all the way to the MIVA Tournament Championship game for the first time in program history, knocking off two ranked foes in the process.
