The Lindenwood men's basketball team (6-6, 6-6 GLVC) returns to Hyland Arena on Thursday to take on Rockhurst (6-6, 6-6 GLVC) at 7:30 p.m. in St. Charles, Mo.
The Lions are coming off an 81-78 loss to William Jewell on Saturday.Â
TJ Crockett dropped 29 points, while
Romelo Burrell posted a season-high 19 points. Burrell has now scored in double digits in seven different games, including four of the last six contests.Â
Cameron Scales played a well-rounded game, as he scored five points, grabbed nine rebounds, and compiled three steals.
The Lions defeated the Hawks last season by a final of 86-77 in St. Charles, Mo. Crockett scored 23 points and tallied four assists, while
Vijay Blackmon registered 19 points with seven boards.
Rockhurst is averaging 72.6 points per game on 42.5 percent shooting from the field. The Hawks have made the second-most three-point field goals in the conference with 114.
