On Tuesday, College Sport Communicators (CSC) announced its 2023-24 Academic All-District women's basketball teams and Lindenwood junior center Justis Odom earned recognition.

To be considered for the CSC Academic All-District Team a student-athlete must have a minimum 3.5 GPA while appearing in at least 90 percent of games or starting in at least 66 percent of the team's games.

In her first season as a Lion, Odom appeared in 27 games, making 25 starts. The Indianapolis, Ind. native averaged 9.2 points, and a team-high 4.1 rebounds, while scoring in double figures 11 times, including a stretch of eight-consecutive during the season.

Odom earned a 3.57 cumulative GPA in the classroom while majoring in mass communications.
