ST. CHARLES, Mo. – Lindenwood women's volleyball has announced their upcoming 2024 season which includes 11 home matches at Hyland Arena. The Lions will host the Lindenwood Invitational for the second year in a row under head coach Will Condon.
 
"We are excited about this year's schedule," said Condon. "We have a great mix of challenging opponents for preseason as well as some new places for our team to experience. Everything is about preparing for the OVC."
 
To start the season, Lindenwood will travel to Normal, Ill. on August 30^th through the 31^st to compete at the Illinois State Tournament. Lindenwood will then go east to compete at the Northeastern Tournament on September 6^th and 7^th in Boston, Mass. Times and opponents for all tournaments will be released at a later date.
 
Lindenwood will host their own tournament starting on Sept. 13^th and 14^th in St. Charles, Mo. The Lions will make a short trip to neighboring Columbia, Mo. when they take on SEC opponent Missouri on Sept. 15^th at 4:00 p.m. CT.
 
After their final non-conference tournament at UMKC (Sept. 20^th-21^st) Lindenwood will start Ohio Valley Conference play at home against Eastern Illinois on Sept. 27^th and 28^th. Times are slated for 6:00 p.m. CT on Friday and 2:00 p.m. CT on Saturday.
 
Lindenwood starts a three-match away series on October 1^st with a OVC single match against Western Illinois at 6:00 p.m. CT. They will then take on SIUE in Edwardsville, Ill. for two matches on Oct. 4^th and 5^th with times of 5:00 p.m. CT and 3:00 p.m. CT.
 
The Lions will host the following at Hyland Arena for the remainder of their home 2024 schedule: Tennessee Tech (Oct. 10^th and 11^th), Tennessee State (Oct. 24^th and 25^th), Western Illinois (Nov. 5^th) and Southeast Missouri State (Nov. 14^th and 15^th).
 
The remainder of Lindenwood's games will be played on the road at UT Martin (Oct. 18^th and 19^th), Morehead State (Nov. 1^st and 2^nd) and Little Rock (Nov. 19^th and 20^th). The OVC Tournament will be hosted by the regular season champion starting on Sunday, Nov. 24^th through Tuesday, Nov. 26^th.
