Krista Yoder was a four-year member of the Lindenwood women's volleyball team from 2007 to 2010. She earned first-team All-HAAC honors all four seasons and was a three-time all-region and honorable mention All-American selection.
 
Yoder ended her career among the program's all-time leaders in kills and blocks. She recorded 1,533 kills and 185 blocks as a Lady Lion and set a program record with 127 solo blocks. Lindenwood had a record of 140-43 during her four years, won three HAAC Championships, and advanced to three NAIA National Tournaments, including a quarterfinal appearance in 2007.
